Shipping, Returns and Refunds
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, items can be returned for size change, credited in your UTENSILPAVA account or refunded within 15 days from the date of shipment.
To request a return authorization, the client must send a request to info@utensilpava.it within 15 days of receiving the order. In the e-mail must be specified the codes of the items you are returning and the type of compensation you want: change size, credited in your account or refund. Once you have received the return receipt, UTENSILPAVA will send the customer a written confirmation by e-mail, containing the return number.
The customer can then proceed by sending the product to our dedicated warehouse:

The cost of shipping at UTENSILPAVA will be charged to the customer.
SHIPPING OF THE CHANGED PRODUCT as instructed by the consumer will be charded to UTENSILPAVA
REFUND
Once received the item to be reimbursed, UTENSILPAVA will proceed with the reimbursement, the maximum time of crediting is about 10 days from the date of return of the actual product in the dedicated warehouse.
Orders paid with Paypal or via bank transfer will be refunded to the original account of departure.
The product to be reimbursed must be returned within 15 days after the receipt of the email with the return number.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
- in cases where the customer receives products other than those ordered or declared defective, UTENSILPAVA may require photographic evidence.
- UTENSILPAVA will not accept unauthorized returns.
- UTENSILPAVA will accept only intact products
- UTENSILPAVA will not accept goods to be reimbursed that not fully meet the conditions described above, and then the goods will be returned to the sender.
